Important Dates

  • Assessment Date: January 1
  • Public Inspection of Assessment Roll / Property Valuation Administrator (PVA) Conferences:
    • 13 days beginning the first Monday in May, including Saturday
  • File Appeal with County Clerk:
    • One working day after the close of the statutory inspection period
  • Tangible Property Tax Returns due May 15 of each year
    • Please note that an extension for filing taxes does not extend the due date for Tangible Property Tax Returns

  • Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 27 & Friday, November 28, 2026
  • Christmas:  Thursday, December 24 & Friday, December 25, 2026
  • New Year:  Thursday, December 31, 2026 & Friday, January 1, 2027
